Superior Maintenance And Development Ltd. - Gutter Clearance Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the subscription service provided by Superior Maintenance And Development Ltd. ("the Company") for gutter clearance. By subscribing to this service, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Service

2.1. The Company offers a subscription-based gutter clearance service for a fee of £1 per week.

2.2. The subscription period is for one year (52 weeks) from the date of commencement.

2.3. Upon completion of the 52-week subscription period, the Company will schedule and perform a gutter clearance service at the Customer's property, as specified during the subscription setup.

3. Payment

3.1. The subscription fee is £1 per week, payable weekly in advance.

3.2. Payment methods accepted will be as specified by the Company.

3.3. Failure to make weekly payments may result in the suspension or termination of the subscription service.

3.4. Customers who wish to have their gutters cleared before the completion of the 52-week period can opt to pay the full annual subscription fee of £52 upfront. Upon receipt of the £52 payment, the Company will schedule the gutter clearance service as soon as practicable.

4. Gutter Clearance Service

4.1. The gutter clearance service will include the removal of debris from gutters and downpipes.

4.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to clear all accessible gutters. However, the Company reserves the right to refuse service if access is deemed unsafe or impractical.

4.3. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or faults in the guttering system.

4.4. The Company will dispose of all debris removed from the gutters.

4.5. The service will be performed at the address specified by the Customer during subscription setup. Any changes to the service address must be communicated to the Company in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1. The Customer may cancel the subscription service at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the subscription service for any reason, including but not limited to, non-payment, abuse of the service, or unsafe working conditions.

5.3. If the company cancels the service before 52 weeks are completed, and the customer has been paying the £1 weekly fee, the company will calculate the amount paid so far, and refund the difference between this amount, and the £52 full annual fee.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the provision of the subscription service.

6.2. The Company's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the subscription service.

6.3. The Company holds appropriate public liability insurance.

7. Access and Safety

7.1. The Customer shall provide the Company with safe and reasonable access to the property for the purpose of performing the gutter clearance service.

7.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any pets or other animals are secured during the service.

7.3. The Customer will inform the company of any hazards that may be present at the property.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the Customer in writing.

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
